Entrance examination run by the college is compulsory for all applicants. The admission procedure is purely based on the entrance exam and intrerview at CollegeX Academy.

Science
Student securing GPA 3.0 in SEE with C+ Grade in Science & Mathematics and C in other subjects will be eligible for science group.
Management
Students securing GPA 2.7 in SEE and C in all subjects will be eligible for Management group.
Note:
- Maximum amount of scholarship will not exceed 100% in case of repetition.
- The scholarship will be discontinued in the next session if the students are unable to maintain their academic position and also discipline.
- Students should appear in the re-examination incase of failures in the internal examinations. Re-exams are mandatory for all those who failed the regular term exam.
- The scholarship will be discontinued in next term if the students are absent more than six days in the term
